How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Yes, BY FAR ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

How do I care for my leather products?

To maintain the quality of your items, avoid prolonged exposure to direct light and heat. Store them in the provided dust bag and clean with a soft, dry cloth.

What payment methods do you accept?

Are duties and taxes included in the price?
